Murph and Mac: All eyes on Draymond Green after “no-comment” locker room response

Saturday’s game against the Brooklyn Nets wasn’t much of a success as far as Draymond Green’s performance goes. While the Dubs stayed ahead at the end of each quarter and racked up a victorious 112 points overall, Green’s “no comment” response in the postgame locker room was a first. After going 1-for-10 in shooting during his mere 23 minutes of playing time, Green wasn’t having his night, according to head coach Steve Kerr.

Murph and Mac caught up in the Digital Lounge to voice their concerns about Draymond’s uncontrollable actions after last year’s NBA Finals when Green faced a Game 5 suspension for a flagrant foul against Lebron James. This behavior is consistent with Green’s fiery demeanor, which has caused him to lash out at Kerr on various occasions this season. Nevertheless, his teammates and coaches have continued to vouch for him and the Warriors have maintained outstanding success, leading the NBA with a 49-9 record.

Draymond Green is definitely a watch for fans as he always seem to be making an immense impact on the defensive end and the the Warriors’ overall performance. Time will tell when the Dubs head toward the Playoffs and Green’s temperament will really be tested.
