The San Francisco Giants are known for having some of the best promotional giveaways in Major League Baseball. With opening day right around the corner, MLB.com released it’s top 10 giveaways for the 2017 season, and it’s no surprise that the Orange and Black are represented.
Coming in at No.7 is the “Buster hugs blanket”, which features the beloved Giants catcher in full gear with his arms spread apart, perfect for those chilly summer nights at AT&T Park
The blankets will be part of a giveaway on June 9.
The Giants also announced a number of promotional items during their open house on Wednesday and on Twitter for the upcoming season, including a Johnny Cueto shimmy bobblehead, Jeff Samardzija shark snow globe and a Hunter Pence window cling.
