CLEVELAND — The Warriors are taking zero chances on putting one of their star players in jeopardy — even if that means in the middle of a press conference.
In one of the stranger moments so far during the NBA Finals, Kevin Durant’s press conference was cut short due to some strange noises coming from the ceiling. The word here at Quicken Loans Arena was that it was an air conditioning issue. But in the room, it sounded dangerous, as if something might’ve fallen from the ceiling.
“Yeah, that things shaking a little bit,” Durant said, before a Warriors security guard escorted him off stage and to the practice court.
