It would appear that Eduardo Nunez is on to greener pastures, and Ken Rosenthal is reporting those pastures reside in Boston, Massachusetts.

We haven’t received official word from the team yet, but Nunez left the San Francisco Giants game against the Pittsburgh Pirates in the middle of the fifth inning.
