A few months ago, no one knew where Tim Lincecum was. On Wednesday, it looks like the 33-year-old is eyeing a comeback to Major League Baseball.

As he did last offseason, Lincecum will host a showcase for MLB scouts on Thursday, February 15th at the Driveline Research Lab in Seattle, according to Kyle Boddy of Driveline Baseball. Media will not be allowed to attend.

Lincecum has been training at the Driveline Research Lab since at least a month ago, when a photo of the former Giants pitcher at the facility was posted by Rockies pitcher Adam Ottavino.

It’s been seven years since Tim Lincecum posted a sub 4.00 ERA in a MLB season. In his last season, 2016, Lincecum was battered in nine starts with the Anaheim Angles, posting a 9.16 ERA, and looked like a player whose career as an MLB pitcher had passed him by.

During his time with the Giants from 2007-15, Lincecum helped San Francisco win three World Series Titles, won two Cy Young Awards, was named to the All-Star game four times, and pitched two no-hitters in 2013 and 2014 respectively.
