The 49ers and Raiders will reportedly play in Thursday Night Football’s prime-time slot in Week 9 at Levi’s Stadium, according to NBC Sports Bay Area. The teams will square off Nov. 1 at 5:20 p.m.

The 49ers have hosted a Thursday night game for five consecutive seasons. It will be the first time the Bay Area teams will meet in Levi’s Stadium since it was built after the 2013 season. The last time the 49ers hosted the Raiders resulted in a 17-9 San Francisco win at Candlestick Park on Oct. 17, 2010.

This is the first matchup between the Bay Area squads since the Raiders beat the 49ers, 24-13, on Dec. 7, 2014. Prior to that loss, the 49ers had won the previous three matchups. Three of the five recent contests between the teams resulted in overtime.

The Raiders lead the all-time series, 7-6.

The entire NFL schedule, including all opponents, locations, and time slots, will be released at 5 p.m. Thursday.
