If you’re planning on attending a game during the upcoming Warriors-Rockets series, you better be prepared to drop some serious dough. According to TicketIQ.com, the average ticket price of $965 is the highest ever for an NBA Conference Finals since the site began tracking data in 2011.

The average ticket for Games 3 and 4 at Oracle Arena costs $976, while an average ticket for Games 1 and 2 at the Toyota Center in Houston costing $957. The ticket prices break the previous Conference Finals record of $769 for the Warriors-Thunder series in 2016.

This is the second time the Warriors and Rockets will face each other in the Conference Finals over the past four seasons, and the third time overall the two teams have met in the postseason during that time. The Rockets finished the regular season with the best record in the NBA, meaning Golden State will begin a series on the road for the first time in the Kerr-era.

Game 1 is on Monday at 6 PM.
