Draymond explains why he wouldn’t shake Tristan Thompson’s hand after Game 4

Draymond Green and the Warriors did plenty of celebrating Tuesday during their championship parade. But while celebrating with Oakland rapper Mistah F.A.B. on NBC Sports Bay Area, Green may also have unintentionally broken some news.

According to Green, he refused to shake Tristan Thompson’s hand after Game 4 of the NBA Finals, telling him at the time, “I don’t f— with you.”

This was unknown until Green brought attention to the incident during the parade, saying he told Thompson, “We ain’t cut the same.”

The incident will no doubt cause some semblance of controversy, as did LeBron James’ quick exit from the floor immediately after the buzzer sounded. However, Thompson looks in the video to be less than incensed about the snub. Regardless, it just adds to the lore of the Warriors-Cavs rivalry, which could be coming to an end soon with the departure of James in free agency.

The snub of Thompson did seem to be specific, as Green continued to shake the hands of the other Cavs after snubbing Thompson.
