Tolbert Beer Review: El Segundo Mayberry IPA

By

We’ve gotten to the dog days of summer, and Tolbert knows an ice cold IPA pairs beautifully with a hot summer day.

For this beer review, Tom tried out a new IPA from El Segundo brewery. The brewery gets its name from the city its located in El Segundo, California and always has at least 20 beers brewed in house on tap.

While Tom had a hard time cracking this cold one open for the review, he didn’t have a hard time enjoying this beer.

This IPA has mosaic, cascade, and chinook hops used in it, and registers at 7.1% alcohol by volume.

From El Segundo:

Mosaic hops takes center stage in this truly West Coast Indian Pale Ale. The Perfect companion for enjoying a sunny day on Main Street with us in our charming little town, affectionately know as “Mayberry by the Sea”

“Mayberry IPA, taste a little bit like summer!” Tolbert said.
