Two nights ago, the Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers benches cleared in the bottom of the seventh inning. A verbal spat between Giants catcher Nick Hundley and Dodgers right fielder Yasiel Puig turned physical after Puig shoved Hundley.

Hundley was chased away from the situation by Dodgers first base coach Paul Lombard, but not before Puig landed another blow on Hundley. Hunter Pence shepherded Hundley away from the situation, but umpires ejected both Puig and Hundley.

The next day, Andrew McCutchen posted a hilarious video giving his relatively uninvolved outfield perspective of the fight, before hitting a game-tying three-run home run in the eighth inning.

Despite the scuffle the night prior, Puig started in right field yesterday and Hundley came up late in the game as a pinch-hitter.

The final verdict on punishments from Major League Baseball came today. According to Alex Pavlovic, Hundley avoided a suspension, while Puig did not.
