Andre Iguodala left the second quarter of Tuesday night’s regular season opener with left calf tightness, and did not return.
After the game the Warriors provided an update, which was, well, no update. Iguodala has calf tightness, and that’s all the team knows at this time. It is likely that Golden State will have more specifics during shootaround tomorrow.
It’s not an ideal start to the season for Iguodala, who battled knee issues in the same leg during last year’s playoffs. Andre missed six straight games during the Western Conference Finals and NBA Finals.
Iguodala had two points, two rebounds, and two assists in the 10 minutes before exiting.
