Draymond Green’s mother calls Warriors fans ‘spoiled brats’ after loss to Raptors

OAKLAND – The Warriors just played their worst game of the season and one of the worst of the Steve Kerr era against the Kawhi Leonard-less Toronto Raptors. Fans were not happy, and many cleared out of Oracle Arena early, as the Warriors trailed the Raptors by around 20 points for most of the second half and Steve Kerr eventually pulled his starters.

Draymond’s Green mom, Babers Green, was none too pleased with the fans who left Oracle early.

To Green’s credit, some fans audibly booed a Warriors team which has won three of the last four NBA titles. It was an undoubtedly abysmal performance, but it still leaves the Warriors at 19-10, good for second place in the Western Conference, and is an incredibly rare performance from a team that has effectively created the modern style of NBA basketball with it’s free-flowing, 3-point shooting style of play.

It was one of those nights where head coach Steve Kerr said, “You can just feel it, where you don’t have that energy,” and is a reality of defending the title as opposed to making the climb to win one like the Raptors are.
