Add “dine with president on Presidents Day” alongside the MVPs and NBA championships filling Stephen Curry’s resume.

On Monday night, Curry and his wife, Ayesha, dined with Barack Obama at Ayesha’s San Francisco restaurant, International Smoke. Chef Michael Mina posted an Instagram alongside Obama, Steph, and Ayesha.

Curry is on quite the role during this All-Star Break. On Saturday night, he competed with younger brother, Seth, in the three-point competition. On Sunday night, he played in the All-Star game in his hometown, Charlotte, with his family onlooking. On Monday night, he dined with a former president — on the day dedicated to him.

Obama is in the Bay Area because his foundation, My Brother’s Keeper Alliance, is hosting a three-day convention in Oakland.

The 44th president and two-time MVP have formed quite the friendship over the years, whether it’s golfing or playing a variety of games in the White House together. Last month, the Warriors visited Obama during their road trip to Washington.

It’s only a matter of time before Curry and Obama link up again.
