OAKLAND – That’ll wake you up.

There hasn’t been much to cheer about for Golden State fans watching the Saturday showcase between a James Harden-less Rockets and a full-strength Warriors squad. The Rockets jumped out to a 15-0 lead to start the game, a lead they pushed to 20 in the first quarter.

But slowly and meticulously the Warriors started climbing back. A Kevin Durant mid-ranger here, a Stephen Curry deep ball there.

Oh, and one bone-crushing screen set by Draymond Green on Chris Paul.

It came at the very end of the first half with the Warriors trailing by nine points. Curry raced up the court with Chris Paul right at his side. Curry saw Draymond Green setting a screen and ran to him.

Chris Paul did not see Draymond Green setting a screen but also ran to him.

Green put a shoulder into Paul and the Rockets point guard hit the floor. And NBA fans across the nation wept.

Meanwhile, Curry whipped a pass ahead to a waiting Andre Iguodala. Iguodala caught the pass and put the ball the the basket as time expired in one smooth, sweeping motion.
