From April through August, one company per month will be randomly selected to win the UnitedHealthcare Grow Healthy Employer Award. Each winning company will receive 50 tickets to a San Francisco Giants game for their employees, an awards plaque and recognition on KNBR in honor of their commitment to providing a healthy workplace for their employees. The person who submitted the application on behalf of the winning company will also receive an autographed baseball.

At the end of the program, all award winners will be invited back to attend another Giants game on September 26th, 2011, where they’ll throw out the first pitch and watch the action from a fully-catered suite!
