OFFICIAL RULES

Contest open to Team KNBR members 18 and older. This contest is void where otherwise prohibited or in any way restricted by law. This game is not associated with or affiliated with the NCAA.

Contest will start on or about March 12, 2006 and end on or about April 3, 2006. No purchase necessary and odds of winning dependent on the total number of entries.

How to Enter/Play: If you are a registered Team KNBR member and have your user name and password, simply log in to play the contest. If you are not yet a member, please join and create your own user name and password, then come back here to play. Contestants must complete their brackets between March 12 and March 16 and the deadline for registration is 9:00 am Pacific on Thursday, March 16, 2006. Only one entry per person allowed.

One Grand Prize will be awarded: One (1) Slingbox valued at $250.00. All applicable taxes on the grand prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Ten (10) runners-up will receive Golden State Warriors sweatshirts.

Winner will be the individual who correctly guesses all winners in the brackets, down to the ultimate champion team. If more than one picks all the winners correctly, a drawing will be held to determine Grand Prize winner. If no one correctly picks all the winners, a drawing will be held among those with the highest number of correct guesses (or the highest number of points). We're awarding 1 point per correct guess for each game in the first round (32 games), 2 points per correct guess in the 2nd round (16 games), 4 points per correct guess in the round of Sixteen, 8 points per correct guess in the round of Eight, 16 points per correct guess in the round of Four and 32 points for the Championship team.

Decision of the management of KNBR / Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co., is final in the awarding of prizes.

Winner assumes all responsibility for use of prize and must sign a form releasing and absolving Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. of any claims from the voluntary acceptance of the prize.

Participants are restricted to the use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and internet access. Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. disclaims all liability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadverent disconnections, acts beyond the Company's control or otherwise. The company disclaims any liability for received entries due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind including: failed, incomplete garbled or delayed transmissions of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the internet or or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit a contestant's ability to enter the contest.

If the outcome of the contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co., we reserve the right to terminate the contest or make other decisions as to the outcome as we deem appropriate and necessary.

By participating, all winners grant Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff permission to use name and or image for publicity purposes without further compensation.

Employees and members of their respective families of Slingbox, the Golden State Warriors, KNBR Radio and Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co., their agents, dealers and representatives are not eligible to participate.

FORCE MAJEURE: The failure of either KNBR or the sponsors to comply with any provision of this Agreement due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of either (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of this Agreement.
