Dashon Goldson is expected to be the most sought-after safety in 2013 NFL Free Agency.
The 6-2, 200-pound ball hawk is seeking $8 million per season, which would make him one of the five highest-paid safeties in the NFL-joining the likes of Eric Weddle and Michael Huff-who also make $8 million per year and trail Eric Berry ($12 million annually) and Troy Polamalu ($9.125 million).
In six seasons, Goldson has played in 81 games (64 starts) and registered 346 tackles with 3.0 sacks, 14 interceptions, 34 tipped passes, four fumble recoveries and five forced fumbles. -The former 2007 fourth-round selection (No. 126 overall) out of Washington has missed just two starts since becoming a full-time starter for the San Francisco 49ers in his third year in 2009.
