San Francisco Giants manager Bruce Bochy told reporters,
including Jim Bowden of ESPN, that the club hasn't closed the door on
re-signing former closer and current free agent Brian Wilson.

Wilson appeared in two games for the Giants last season before
being shut down due to an arm injury. The ailment ultimately required the
right-hander to undergo his second Tommy John surgery, ending his campaign.
Wilson continues to recover from the procedure as he awaits
his next contract. He threw for the New York Mets earlier in the offseason, but
they were not impressed. Giants general manager Brian Sabean said last month
that he and Wilson weren't on the same page, as the veteran reliever was
seeking more guaranteed money.
