(BALTIMORE) --The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to trade wide receiver Anquan Boldin to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a sixth-round draft pick, according to the Baltimore Sun. The deal cannot be completed until Boldin, who is currently out of the country, passes a physical with the Niners.

The Ravens and Boldin had been locked in a contract dispute with the club wanting the three-time Pro Bowler to take a pay cut to help with their salary cap. On Saturday, Boldin told USA Today that he had no interest in making a deal with Baltimore.

The 32-year-old Boldin is schedule to earn $6 million this season and has a cap figure of $7.531 million.

The 10-year NFL veteran was an instrumental part in the Ravens defeating the 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII, coming away with six receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown.
