CHW FOOD DRIVE DAY
Join KNBR and Catholic Healthcare West on Saturday, April 12th for CHW Food Drive Day at AT&T Park. The first 5,000 fans are asked to bring non-perishable food to AT&T Park as part of CHW's Food Drive. The first 5,000 fans, who donate non-perishable food or $5, will receive a 2008 Commemorative Mug celebrating 50 years of Giants baseball in San Francisco. Fans can also make cash register donations in one-dollar increments at park vendor stands with CHW Food Drive signs. Food contributions benefit the San Francisco Food Bank and are just one of the many ways Catholic Healthcare West cares for the Bay Area.
KIDS ARE GIANTS TOO
Join KNBR and Catholic Healthcare West at AT&T Park on Friday, May 30th for Kids Are Giants Too! Day. More than 1,800 4th and 5th grade students from San Mateo and San Francisco will visit the park to participate in a healthy living program that encourages them to make smart choices by saying "no" to cigarettes and tobacco and "yes" to eating good foods and exercise. Giants Head Athletic Trainer Dave Groeschner and KNBR’s Dave Flemming will host the event.
CHW MAKE TIME FOR FITNESS DAY
Make Time for Fitness Day at AT&T Park is scheduled for Sunday, June 15th. The first 20,000 fans into the park will receive a promotional gift courtesy of Catholic Healthcare West. KNBR and Catholic Healthcare West, the official healthcare provider of the San Francisco Giants, urge you to Make Time For Fitness every day.
