49ers’ Brown reacts to Von Miller calling him ‘one of the better tackles’ in NFL

Superbowl MVP Von Miller knows a thing or two about offensive lineman in the NFL. Recently Miller went on Demarcus Ware’s talk show on NFL.com, and Ware asked him to name one tackle who ‘owns him’ on the football field. Miller pointed to Brown.

Brown played his college ball at the Georgia Military College before transferring to Florida. The 49ers drafted Brown pick 244 in the 7th round of the 2015 NFL Draft, with only twelve players coming off the board after him.

Standing at 6’8″ and upwards of 350 pounds, Brown is an imposing athlete. He’s also got some hops, as you can see below:

The future looks bright for Brown who won the starting Right Tackle position this offseason, beating out Anthony Davis.

There are a lot of question marks for the 49ers heading into the start of the season, but the offensive line looks to be in good shape heading into 2016. And that’s a good thing for 49ers fans, because the line will be tested by a vicious defensive line unit on Monday night when the Rams come to town.
