Michael Crabtree, Aqib Talib ejected after throwing punches in brawl during Raiders-Broncos game

OAKLAND–Michael Crabtree and Aqib Talib have a history.

And on Sunday, that history got much uglier.

Last season, Talib and Crabtree developed bad blood in the regular season finale after Talib and Crabtree were involved in a shoving match. On Sunday, the duo went at it again, as Crabtree took Talib to the ground after blocking Talib on a first quarter run play.

Crabtree drove Talib out of bounds and took the Broncos’ cornerback to the ground, and immediately, several Denver players came to Talib’s defense on the sidelines. Crabtree’s helmet came off, and Talib took a swing at Crabtree. The Raiders’ wide receiver  wound up throwing multiple punches at Talib as the brawl spilled over onto the field.

Though it took nearly two minutes for the players to be separated, eventually, tensions died down and both players were ejected for their actions. Raiders’ offensive lineman Gabe Jackson was also ejected for pushing an official in the aftermath of the brawl.
