For the first time all season, the 49ers are fully healthy for the first time all year.

However, the Rams will be making 17 changes on their starting lineups because they want to rest players for the impending playoffs. The Rams will not quarterback Jared Goff, running back Todd Gurley, and defensive tackle Aaron Donald, along with four out of their five offensive line.

The 49ers injured players include TE Garrett Celek (knee, rib), S Adrian Colbert (shoulder), LB Reuben Foster (neck), WR Marquise Goodwin (back), WR Trent Taylor (shoulder).

The 49ers inactives include Aaron Lynch, who is inactive for the second straight week. He has probably played his last game with the 49ers. Other inactive include:  WR Max McCafrrey RB Jeremy McNichols S Antone Exum, DL Pita Taumoepenu DL Leger Douzable and  DL DJ Jones. Taumeopenu hasn’t been active for the entire season. However, coaches say the rookie is definitely developing.
