Tolbert’s Beer Review: Brouwerij West Super Collider

By

/

Although Tom doesn’t speak Dutch he found out he sure likes beer made by Brouwerij West Brewery.

After several failed attempts to pronounce the Dutch brewer’s name from San Pedro Tom decides to nickname them “Beowulf West,” something Tom is a little more confident pronouncing. From Brouwerij West:

Super Collider: 6.5% Hazy, NE-Style IPA. Mecca Grade malted barley, raw barley, Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka hops.

While Tom recommends turning off the the lights and spacing out to the psychedelic can he does not condone spilling beer so be careful while enjoy the unique label. He digresses and after taking a sip is left speechless only to give a joyfully approving nod – and some funny noises that we’re still not too sure of the meaning.

This is the first time Tom has tried a beer from Brouwerij West but it’s safe to say he’s a big fan.

“Damn, that’s good! That’s really good!” said Tom. “Ive had a lot of beers but rarely do I have a beer I’ve never heard of, brewery i’ve never heard of, brewery I can’t even pronounce!”

Bonus points for Brouwerij West Brewery for being all solar powered. However, Tom admits selfishly if he had too choose he’d rather have good beer now than a better planet for tomorrow. He did apologize shortly thereafter.
