The Warriors reportedly agreed to a one-year, $5.3 million deal with four-time NBA All-Star DeMarcus Cousins Monday evening, according to Yahoo’s Shams Charania.

As you’d expect, NBA Twitter exploded when the news of Cousin’s signing surfaced, as the Warriors will now likely start five players with at least three All-Star appearances apiece. The quintet of Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Cousins have 25 combined All-Star appearances.

Curry jokingly welcomed in Cousins as the newest member of the Splash Brothers. Cousins hit 104 threes in 48 games with the New Orleans Pelicans before tearing his Achilles last season.

The rest of the NBA weighed in.
