The 49ers are fearing the worst.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan indicated after Sunday’s 38-27 loss that the team is worried starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has an ACL injury. Garoppolo was carted off the field late in the fourth quarter after his left knee buckled while making a cut near the sideline.
