Tolbert’s Beer Review: New Glory Do You Even Mosaic Broh?

By

/

What’s cooler than Steve Young and Rollie Fingers? This beer.

Sacramento brewers New Glory have produced a mosaic driven American IPA, Do You Even Mosaic Broh? that weighs in at 6.8% ABV. It’s a beer that Tom is sure Steve Young would throughly enjoy.

“I mean Steve Young can use ‘bro’ more ways than anyone should be able to use bro,” Tom said.

The goofy name is matched only by it’s can that is adorned with hops rockin’ sweet “Rollie Fingers” mustaches.

From New Glory:

American IPA brewed with 100% Mosaic Hops and fermented with our neutral ale yeast. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.

After bringing his own cooler this week Tom reminisced about his childhood neighbor walking three doors down to his house with his own cooler full of beer, as well as a couple stored in the back pockets of his pants.

“You couldn’t walk home to get a couple more beers? You had to bring eight with you three doors down?” Tom asked.
