Steph, Seth exchange jerseys after Warriors advance to Finals

For all of tonight’s joy for Stephen Curry, there was one bittersweet moment. While there’s no question he’s going to savor a historic fifth-straight NBA Finals appearance, to do it while sweeping his brother has to feel a little odd.

Stephen Curry dropped a triple-double with 37 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists, combining with Draymond Green, who had 18 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists, to become the first pair of teammates to ever have triple-doubles in the same playoff game. It was a fittingly historic achievement in a game that already clinched a historic achievement. No team since the 1956-57 Boston Celtics had made five-straight NBA Finals appearances, making the Warriors the second in history.

After achieving that Finals berth, Curry went up to Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum to applaud their efforts. Then, he connected with his family, applauding his brother Seth, as shown above, and embracing his father, Dell, who kicked off the Curry era:
