“… win the next game, go back to Toronto, win Game 5, come back to Oracle, win Game 6 and then celebrate. Fun times ahead.”

Draymond Green is not particularly stressed about the Warriors’ Game 3 NBA Finals loss to the Toronto Raptors. The Warriors were outmatched by the Raptors and beaten 123-109 at home on Wednesday night, but when Green was asked about the loss and being without Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson and Kevon Looney, he turned a perceived negative wish for the Warriors to lose into a positive take.
“I think Bogut played great in his minutes, but obviously Loon has been great for us all year, so not having him out there definitely makes a difference,” Green said. “Not having anyone makes a difference because everyone — when you assemble a team, everyone brings something different.”
Green continued, saying most people would like to see the Warriors taken down by the Raptors.
“But no one cares if guys are hurt,” Green said. “Everybody wants to see us lose. So I’m sure people are happy they’re hurt. We just got to continue to battle and win the next game, go back to Toronto, win Game 5, come back to Oracle, win Game 6 and then celebrate. Fun times ahead.”
