Richard Sherman doesn’t suffer fools lightly, even when he’s in a good mood.
Following the 49ers’ 36-26 win over the Cardinals on Sunday, Sherman lightheartedly made fun of a fan who made his way into the postgame presser and proceeded to fall asleep in his chair.
“Are you asleep already?” Sherman said with a smile. “We just started! How he gon’ be taking a nap, god damn.”
“Tailgate,” the weary fan responded.
“You already asleep????” Sherman said still perplexed. “We was out there running around too. I want a nap.”
Sherman finished the roast on a heartwarming note, however.
“But you got the right jersey on so it’s respect and love.”
