Charles Barkley roasts Draymond Green after ejection from Warriors-Lakers game

Draymond Green returned to the court on Thursday night…for 10 minutes.

That’s how long it took for the Warriors forward to get ejected during the second quarter vs. the Lakers. Green was issued two technicals in quick succession, the second of which came after Green want at official Tyler Ford, after he was knocked down by a Dwight Howard screen that went uncalled.

Never one to give Green a pass, Charles Barkly had fun at his expense, roasting him during the TNT Halftime Show.

“He had his normal triple-single,” Barkley said during halftime on TNT. “He talk all that stuff when he got them other boys with him? No, man. He talks all that stuff when he’s got them other boys with him. Now he’s out there and gotta fight for himself and he just don’t wanna play.

“Give me a break. Y’all better quit tellin’ me you can play and who can’t play. I know who can play.”

A visibly frustrated Steve Kerr didn’t seem too pleased with the antics postgame, saying that the team needed Draymond.

“We needed him in the second half,” Kerr said. “We needed him out there.”
