An ugly incident between Earl Thomas and his wife, Nina, could’ve turned tragic when she held a loaded gun to his head during a domestic incident on April 13, according to an Austin Police report obtained by TMZ.

The incident allegedly began with an argument between the couple about the NFL player’s drinking. That’s when Earl’s brother Seth picked him up from the couple’s house according to Nina. After logging into Earl’s Snapchat account, Nina discovered him with another woman, and then tracked his location at a nearby rental home.

That’s when things apparently went off the rails. Nina grabbed her husband’s 9mm Berreta gun with the intention to confront and “scare him.” She and two other women then drove to the house in question, where they “discovered Earl and Seth naked in bed with other women.” That’s when Nina put the gun to her husband’s head with the safety off, believing it to be unloaded without a clip, but unaware of the bullet in the chamber.

According to police, Nina was holding the gun “from less than a foot away and it can clearly be seen that Nina’s finger was on the trigger and the safety is disengaged.” How do they know this? The entire incident was filmed by one of the women in the house.

Earl eventually wrestled the gun away from his wife, but not before he was struck multiple times. Nina can allegedly be heard on the video threatening the other women in the room, yelling “I got something for all you hoes!” One of the women was also apparently swinging a knife during the altercation.

The Austin Police Dept. responded to the scene at 3:41 AM, and arrested Nina on burglary of a residence with intent to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Nina’s attorney, Jonathan Goins, told TMZ: “I am here to declare that my client unequivocally and categorically denies these allegations and we look forward to our day in court where we can clear her good name.”

Thomas, 31, is a member of the Baltimore Ravens and played with the Seattle Seahawks from 2010-2018.
