We’re still a ways away from the July 28 start date of 49ers training camp, but that didn’t stop some high profile players from meeting up in Nashville to get some work in.
Instagram user Brandin Aquino posted video on Wednesday afternoon that included the entire 49er quarterback room throwing passes to most of the teams’ receivers. Jimmy Garoppolo, Nick Mullens, and Broc Rutter both made the trip to Nashville, home of QB3 C.J. Beathard, to practice on Brentwood Academy’s field.
You can also see George Kittle, Kendrick Bourne, and Dante Pettis were in attendance. The best throw of the set is a deep ball from Garoppolo that finds a streaking Kendrick Bourne in the front corner of the end zone.
Kendrick Bourne posted some videos of his own, but didn’t come out and say he was working out with other 49ers players. He did tag the location of the high school’s field, which George Kittle had a comment for.
“He’s kidding with the location guys…trying to throw you off..”
So, if anyone’s up for a short drive, you might be able to catch some of your favorites practicing like you’ve never seen before.
