Here’s one straight out of a sitcom.

Earlier this week, Seahawks rookie Kemah Siverand was cut by the team after he was caught on video trying to sneak a woman into the team’s hotel, according to ESPN.

The funny part? The woman was disguised in Seahawks gear so as to look like a fellow Seahawks player. Apparently the disguise wasn’t good enough.

Upon discovery, Seahawks veteran players supported Siverand being disciplined, considering what’s at stake with the NFL trying to get it’s season off the ground amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The Seahawks have placed only one player on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Siverand went undrafted out of Oklahoma State and was only paid a $2,000 signing bonus upon being acquired. Both the player and his agent have yet to comment.
