There are some people you just shouldn’t mess with.

Joc Pederson showed why he’s one of those people on Monday, when he blasted a go-ahead, two-run home run in the eighth inning vs. the Milwaukee Brewers, a few pitches after he was heckled loudly by a Brewers fan.

The heckle was so loud that Pederson stepped out of the box. After launching Trevor Gott’s sinker into centerfield, Pederson looked at the fan and thumped his chest before running down the first base line.

He also had some words for the fan after crossing home plate. You can be the judge as to what he said.

It’s the third home run in two games for Pederson who also launched two vs. the Nationals on Sunday. Pederson’s six home runs are tied for the most in MLB. According to the Giants, it’s also tied for the most home runs by a Giant through 14 career games.

After the game, Pederson confirmed that the fan was “talking shit.”
