Gone, but not for long?
This Saturday the Giants are holding ‘Buster Posey Day’ at the park. The schedule of events are shrouded in mystery, but the Giants should roll out the red carpet for a franchise legend.
Posey joined the Murph & Mac Show ahead of the celebration, and dropped an interesting nugget in the middle of his interview.
“Do you have an interest being involved in Major League Baseball in any form going forward in your life?” Murphy asked.
“Yeah I think so,” Posey said. “I always want to be attached to the game, attached to the Giants.
“Just kind of working through right now what that’s going to look like for myself and my family as far as the type of time commitment. But 100% want to stay in-tune with what’s going on in the game, the game I’ve loved since before I can remember.”
That could mean anything, but it’s good to hear that Posey wants to remain involved with the Giants in the future.
