Mookie Betts’ jack leads to bizarre celebration in Dodgers dugout

According to the Dodgers, this one’s finished.

That’s the message we’re taking after Mookie Betts yanked a three-run jack in the fourth inning of Thursday’s Giants-Dodgers game, a blast that was followed by a truly bizarre celebration in the Los Angeles dugout.

This one is a little tough to explain without verging into X-rated territory, but we’ll just say that it began with Betts and three of his teammates pretending to tug on something, and ended with a teammate throwing water in Betts’ face.

Betts’ shot in the fourth was his second of the series and 25th of the year. The four game set has really been a case of the cream rising to the top, with the Dodgers en route to whacking the Giants for the eighth game in a row.
