As 49ers fans know, there’s never a dull moment with Jim Harbaugh.

On Wednesday night in Ann Arbor, the Michigan head coach helped a police officer clear a fallen tree from the road way during an ice storm that has knocked the power out for over 650,000 homes and business in Michigan.

Harbaugh was driving by the fallen tree, parked his car, and offered to help Ann Arbor Police Officer Howard Cooper clear the road.

“How about we try to move this tree together,” said Harbaugh can be heard saying in the above video released by the Ann Arbor Police Department.

Cooper gave Harbaugh a pair of work gloves and the two cleared a lane for traffic, police said.

“You’re a good man,” Cooper said to Harbaugh in the video below.

“Feel free to spread the word on that!” Harbaugh responded with a chuckle. “Don’t feel like you’ve got to keep that to yourself!”
